- Bookings must be paid in full to receive the discount.
- Not applicable to tours already paid in full.
- Does not apply to additional flights added at time of booking as these are passed on at cost.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The 5% discount applies to tours departing from 1st March, 2027 inclusive.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Coach Holidays & Tours. The following Terms & Conditions form part of your booking agreement with us. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.
Booking at a Glance
- Deposits start from $100 per person.
- Final payment is due 2 months prior to departure.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Daily seat rotation applies on all coach tours.
- Cancellation fees apply and increase closer to departure.
- All tours are designed for active travellers who can independently negotiate coach steps.

Deposits are charged per person. Solo travellers pay the deposit based on the twin-share tour price.
General Conditions Applicable to All Tours
Fitness to Travel
Our tours are designed for active retirees and mature travellers.
Passengers must be able to independently board and disembark the coach and participate in the activities outlined in the itinerary without assistance from the driver or unrelated passengers.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to travel. If you have concerns regarding your ability to participate, we recommend discussing your circumstances with our team prior to booking and seeking medical advice where appropriate.
Passengers who take regular medication should ensure they carry sufficient supplies for the duration of the tour.
Coach Holidays & Tours reserves the right to decline or terminate travel where a passenger's condition may impact their own safety, the safety of others, or the operation of the tour.
By booking or enquiring with us, you agree to receive marketing and other communications.
Coach Seating
To ensure fairness for all travellers, seat rotation operates daily on all coach tours. No passenger may permanently reserve or monopolise forward seating positions.
Tour Changes & Fuel Costs
Tour prices are based on costs at the time of publication.
Should significant increases occur in fuel, accommodation, transport, or supplier costs, Coach Holidays & Tours reserves the right to apply a surcharge or fuel levy.
From time to time, itinerary adjustments may be necessary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, road closures, venue availability, or other circumstances. Any changes will be made with passenger comfort, safety, and enjoyment in mind. This includes substituting a coach of slightly lesser condition.
Force Majeure
Coach Holidays & Tours shall not be liable for delays, alterations, cancellations, or additional costs arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, natural disasters, road closures, industrial disputes, government actions, airline disruptions, pandemics, or supplier failures.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all tours and is particularly important for protection against cancellation costs, illness, injury, and unforeseen travel disruptions.

Final Payment
- Balance due 2 months prior to departure.

Additional Conditions
- No refund is available for unused portions of the tour after departure.
- If one passenger cancels from a twin-share booking 8 days to 1 month before departure, the cancelling passenger will receive a refund equal to 25% of the twin-share tour price.
- Group name changes within 8 days of departure incur a $50 per person administration fee.
- Refunds will be returned via the original payment method where possible.
- All payments are non-transferable.
Fly/Coach Tour Terms
Airfares
Where included, flights may be operated by Virgin Australia, Qantas, Air New Zealand, Jetstar, or other approved carriers.
Airfares are subject to airline pricing and availability at the time tickets are issued. Coach Holidays & Tours reserves the right to pass on any airfare increases imposed by airlines.
Flight schedules may be altered or disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control. Any resulting accommodation, meal, transport, or related expenses not covered by the airline are the responsibility of the passenger.
Final Payment

Additional Conditions

- Name changes within 45 days incur a $100 airline administration fee.
- Passenger names must exactly match identification documents.
- Refunds will be returned via the original payment method where possible.
- All payments are non-transferable.
Day Tour Terms
Pricing
Tour prices are valid at the time of publication but may be subject to changes in fuel and supplier costs.
Itinerary Changes
Occasionally, advertised itineraries may need to be amended due to local conditions, supplier availability, or operational requirements. Any changes will be made with passenger comfort and safety in mind. There is the need, from time to time, to substitute a replacement coach or driver not operated or employed by Coach Holidays & Tours.
Deposits
Some tours may require a deposit or early payment due to supplier requirements. Where applicable, this will be advised at the time of booking.
Group Day Tour Cancellation Terms
- A $100 administration fee applies if a confirmed group day tour is cancelled.
- Once final passenger numbers have been confirmed and payment has been received, no refunds will be available for reductions in passenger numbers.
- If the tour is cancelled within 1 month of departure, the full coach component fee of $1,800 will be payable.
